Yoga
Yoga provides a means of balancing and harmonising the body, mind and emotions. Using movement, breath, posture, relaxation and mediation you will be able to establish a healthy approach to living. Learners will undertake gentle exercise and posture techniques in order to promote balance flexibility and harmony with the body and mind.
You will need to provide your own yoga matt or towel.
This is a part-time course running on Tuesdays from 6pm to 7:30pm for 10 weeks, starting on the 14th September 2010 at the Walkden Centre. This course will also be running on Tuesdays from 7:30pm to 9pm. The course fees are £48. Please telephone Admissions on 0161 631 5002 for further information.
