Course Contents: - Social Inclusion - Relationships and Conflict - Community Action - Working with Community Groups - Arranging Events - Community Work - Developing Good Practice - Assessment of Skills in the Workplace Assessment is related to the NVQ competences undertaken and will be a combination of workplace observation and underpinning knowledge and understanding in portfolio form.
Registered Managers Award in Health and Social CareRequired by care Standards Act 2000 for anyone who is a registered manager of a home. The candidate works with the assessor to complete the award. Assessment is through portfolio of evidence - observations, written work, work products, reflective statements, professional discussion and witness testimony
