The HNC in Hospitality Management is aimed at those seeking management opportunities in service industries, particularly in: hospitality, licensed retail, food and beverage or leisure and tourism sectors.
The programme offers the opportunity to develop a range of knowledge and understanding, skills and techniques, personal qualities and attributes essential for successful performance in working life; providing opportunities for specialist study relevant to individual vocations and contexts.

Assessment
Students will be assessed on a continuous basis throughout the year. Assessment will include written coursework and project work.
Other Information
The programme is a stepping stone to progression to a HND, foundation degree, degree or further professional qualification in hospitality management or related area.
Applicants should hold a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and level 2 qualification in English and Maths. Mature Applicants will be considered on an individual basis.
